I had my dental checkup at Gentle Dental in Rancho Cucamonga on Foothill Blvd yesterday and just wanted to say how impressed I was with the friendliness and care of the office staff and dentist! From xrays, to exam, to cleaning, I was treated with respect and kindness from both the dentist and the assistant. Very nice staff. Very helpful. I have terrible teeth. The doctor didn't try to upsell procedures and work that would be a waste of time.
This was my first experience with Gentle Dental as we had just come from Ponderosa Dental where it was very corporate and they were always rushing the cleaning and being rude. I got X-rays and a cleaning. Everyone who helped me today was kind, always checking in to make sure I was still doing okay. Even though they were very busy, they still were thorough and took the time to answer my questions. Man where to I start with Gentle Dental Foothill, great dental spot that really takes care of there patients. They really take there time with there patients make sure everything's great, the work is phenomenal!
