Would not recommend. Constantly called 14 times in one week AFTER I booked the appointment. Told them I just wanted a cleaning, they refused without an exam as well. Then of course after the exam, claimed I have gum disease and have to get some special cleaning and I cannot get a regular cleaning. I only booked because my regular dentist was having issues with scheduling and they are booked months out. I’ll go back to them and just wait. EDIT TO ADD: My mouth still hurts a day later. I had invisaligns at the Gentle Dental Green Valley location. I have had a great experience. The staff is wonderful, especially Dr. Choi. She is passionate about my teeth through the entire process. She is so kind and generous with her commitment to my smile and the health of my teeth. I want to shout out how much I recommend her as my orthodontist!! The front desk ladies are very friendly upon arrival, and the dentist is very informative. I truly appreciate them taking the time on reviewing my teeth and letting me know of the conditions I have. The only thing I can say is the ladies upon taking you in don’t really introduce themselves. First appointment as a new patient and after they called me in they do x rays, they tell me to reschedule for a cleaning because their dental hygienist called out. I schedule a week later at 11am. I am the only person waiting, 30 minutes later I ask the reception lady for an update and she tells me to wait and I’ll be called. Finally, 55 minutes later they call me in. Amazing staff from the dentist to the assistants and receptionists!! The dentist Mr Nguyen is amazing he’s very good with educating patients and giving you knowledge throughout the whole treatment.The Henderson location I highly recommend what a great team from the top to the bottom!!
