Gentle dental has been my dentist for several years. They are amazing. Their service is always excellent. I have had several procedures done here and every time the process was explained to me clearly and the pricing was reasonable. I also recently got braces for my daughter here and the whole process and experience has been amazing. I had a horrible experience yesterday. I came in for a deep cleaning for 75.00, then I presented with Treatment Plan that was not discussed at my appointment a month ago. While literally in the chair, I was told my deep cleaning was unnecessary. So I was presented with 465.00 payment for new Treatment. Awesome front staff and doctors. Have always had a great experience. Considerate, caring and open in their communication with you and your dental plan of the day and moving forward.
This place was a decent place. However, I just tried booking an appointment. The front desk worker was so rude and disrespectful that I decided to pull my family from their services. Her name is Rosie And as long as she’s working there, I’m sure they’ll be losing business. She was unable to look for the dates I asked and started verbally abusing me through the phone. I’ve been with Gentle Dental La Mesa for 35+ years. Dentists, hygienists & staff have come and gone, but yesterday I had a cleaning with Norris and a check-up with Dr.Ramon. Wish I thought to get everyone’s names, because from check-in to check-out, it was the best experience ever. Friendly, professional, efficient across the board. I walked out feeling like a valued patient.
