I am a long time (decades!) customer of the Gentle Dental family. I just recently changed to the Grossmont office because it is right near me. My first couple of visits went very well, and I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, doctor and hygienist - explaining things to me in detail. I was also impressed by the technology of the x-rays! It has been 6 years since my last visit, so good to see technology has caught on. I have a few more appointments to get thru, but I am sure they will all go well.
As usual I always have a good dental appointment/exam & cleaning experience with this staff. They are pleasant, professional, supportive, and most helpful when they are serving me. I enjoy my visits (as best one can at a dental office appointment ☺️)! Keep up your good work ethics.
The staff are always so pleasant and helpful The Doctors are very professional and kind . My experience was AWESOME! They took care of my reasons for coming. Great Place
Updated Review - 9/6/24 Penny the property manager reached out and confirmed a legit billing and got in contact. There was a paperwork issue 2 years ago and paperwork never got submitted for adjustment. Billing issue is to be resolved fully in up to 4 weeks. I will update review accordingly then. What a great office! Everyone is super sweet & friendly. They have a different person for each service ( x-ray, exam, gum check & cleaning, & assistant) so I got to chat with 6 people while I was there & every single one was kind. I felt like everything was thoroughly checked and it was easy to make an appointment.
