This place has changed for the better since I was here last year. Apparently it is under new Management and you can really tell. From making appointments to follow up and billing everyone in the front end was kind and helpful. The dentist and hygienist did a great job explaining everything they were planning on doing and why it needed to be done. I won’t go into what it was like here before but I’m telling you, I would now wholeheartedly recommend Gentle Dental to friends and family. I give A++ for customer service.

I had great experience for the first time visiting gentle dental yesterday, especially the staff in the front desk very approachable and helpful. and been called dental assistant Jay quickly guided me up to take x_ray in timely manner and seen by dentist Great experience as well I'm so glad that the first time visiting see the teams friendly I didn't know that I had so much of dental problems till the dentist explained to me I'm so glad that I went and I will recommend family and friends to Gentle dental office. I am a long time (decades!) customer of the Gentle Dental family. I just recently changed to the Grossmont office because it is right near me. My first couple of visits went very well, and I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, doctor and hygienist - explaining things to me in detail. I was also impressed by the technology of the x-rays! It has been 6 years since my last visit, so good to see technology has caught on. I have a few more appointments to get thru, but I am sure they will all go well.

It was my 1st time at this dental office. I was really pleased with the service I received. I had X-rays and a deep cleaning. The staff is well trained. I’m am looking forward to my next appointment:)

Updated Review - 9/6/24 Penny the property manager reached out and confirmed a legit billing and got in contact. There was a paperwork issue 2 years ago and paperwork never got submitted for adjustment. Billing issue is to be resolved fully in up to 4 weeks. I will update review accordingly then.
