Every staff in the Hazel Dell office are so pleasant, friendly and efficient. Just on my second visit the receptionist even remembered me and registered me even before I stepped into the office. The doctor assigned to me is so clear in his explanation of my treatment and make me feel comfortable when my teeth was worked on. Great experience at this facility. We came in with an urgent dental issue and the staff handled it beautifully. Jennifer and SJ got us checked in right away and doctor Lo took really good care of my daughter. Many thanks to the doctors and staff at Gentle Dental.
Both the dentist and ortho are great. Very knowledgeable and caring. My experience with the dentist was absolutely amazing, as I have always feared going to the dentist but he definitely made me feel very comfortable and safe. When I went to get my braces put on I was given all information before they were placed on my teeth. The doctor was very kind. Dr Riley was delightful today as were Hanna and Chelsea. The office staff were also very friendly and really made feel at home. My cleaning and xrays were both very gentle and I appreciate that!
Made me feel really comfortable. Staff was very nice, professional and respectful. Took me in on an emergency basis, made room out of their busy schedule on a holiday weekend to take care of my problem. Thank you!
