Stacey, Heather, and Dentist... AMAZING My host exchange student went here for an exam when an emergency came up. The cost billed was only 106 and yet they spent at least two hours examining this girl. When it came time for the secretaries to explain the costs---they simply as possible. On top of it all, they are sending a detailed report to us about what fixes need to be made because the Chinese parents are questioning American Dentistry. These people are sweet and so personable.

DO NOT SEE DR. CLEMENS Dr. Clemens is the Oral Surgeon that travels to the Tigard, Cedar Hills, Hillsboro and Salem location. Do my see him!! He had the worst attitude and acted like he was better than me. I overheard him with his staff and he was gossiping about other employees. He was yelling at the front office girl and it was awful!! He doesn't care about you and only cares about the money he will make. I overheard him talking to an assistant trying to find ways to get another employee fired! My Bad Experience Good: The girl out front was nice.. Bad: I did not like the dentist's attitude or methods.. Improvements: I don't think you can improve on Dr Howard. It is what it is..

Awful Orthodontist!! I have been in Gentle dental for about 4yrs. They have change their orthodontist doctor for at least 4 times in the last 2 years. Most of the time they will cancel your appoinment and reschedule. They advertise their service as flexible and afternoons available but whenever I need an afternoon appt. they never have one!! some people are rude and unfriendly. I wish I had chosen someone else to do my braces and they would probably have finish my work a long time ago.

Staff was kind, but the Dentist wasn't... Dr. Howard may be toted as a specialist for pediatric dentistry, but my son was belittled because he was nervous about even being in the dental chair. He made comments about how four year olds acted braver than my son was. We finished our visit and promptly switched dentists. The staff however, was kind and willing to work with me to troubleshoot some insurance issues.

Go here to get ripped off Gentle Dental never appealed to me. Their name makes them sound really cheesy, untrustworthy and like a scam. Not only are they all of that, but the people who work there aren't as "gentle" as the name says. Well I went into and got a teeth cleaning.... worst one I've ever had and I've had a lot in my life. These are the Dentists to go to The dentists as this Gentle Dental clinic are fantastic! Who thought someone would say that about the dentist right. From the front desk staff to the dentists themselves service couldn’t be better or more up to date. The X-ray equipment and cleaning techniques are very good. Another two stars in their favor are, the reasonable ways to pay your bill that they offer and there weren’t any kids crying/screaming in fear when I was there as I’ve seen in other dentists offices. Bring Your Wallet If you need dental work for your family be prepared to pay. When our family of four went to Gentle Dental with insurance. The balance owed was over $8000.00. When didn't even get our cleanings finished as it was already up to $500.00 we had paid out in co-pays. We had good insurance too. When we went to another dentist they told us that our teeth were not cleaned well, and that the majority of issues we were told we had, we did not. We felt that we were being jacked for everything we had.
