Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Dr. Tsartsidis is very prompt with appointments and makes you feel at ease with any procedure. He has excellent skills, communicates well, explains conditions of your teeth and procedures used during the process. He truly cares about his patients and their dental care and any concerns they may have. Dental assistants are wonderful at their job and are very pleasant to interact with.
I brought my daughter in for jaw pain we thought might be impacted molars. Dr. Lakkis and his team were very professional. They took an X-ray, then sat us down to discuss options. He thought her pain was more likely caused by TMJ and to come back to recheck her wisdom teeth in a year. The entire consultation was FREE! I forgot to give him a high review, but now that it’s time to make the follow up appointment, I remembered. I got an emergency wisdom tooth extraction from Lane Oral Surgery, and my whole experience couldn't have been better. Dr. Lakkis and the team were phenomenal. The front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating, the nurses worked quickly to get my scans to the doctor and me set up for surgery, and Dr. Lakkis was reassuring and answered all my questions. Great experience in a great office after a not so great couple days of tooth pain. I was super anxious when I was told I needed an emergency root canal. A few weeks later I had another emergency and they got me in right away. His assistant Kathy waa very kind and caring as was Dr. Agha-Razi. Highly recommend!
Hygienist was fast but also gentle and was not offended by the fact that I haven’t been cleaned since prior to the pandemic. Dr. Hoffmann was awesome and welcoming as usual ^.^!
Dr. Hoffmann is very nice and friendly. Makes sure the patient understand all the steps and makes sure they are always comfortable. She truly is a good doctor both in her techniques and her care for her patients. Would recommend certainly.
