The dentist and assistant were really great! The front desk people were nice but they misspoke and told me that they were only taking my debit card to set up payments, then it was charged a large sum of money leaving me with nothing in my account and two weeks until payday. Even though I was essentially in tears and they owned their mistake by telling their coworker that they did tell me that I could pay the lump sum on a credit card they didn't do anything except say sorry once and then send me on my way. Instantly you are met with top professionals and a friendly team. Gental Dental focused on providing it's patients with the best Dental service, a clean updated friendly environment. I feel blessed to have people who put me at ease and to experience the wonderful dental work and great care I received from Dr. Munimadugu.
Just got done with a pair of implants, and I couldn't be happier. Dr Mooney had given me the "worst case scenario" quote, and it was an overestimate. But if you're like me and feel claustrophobic at the dentist's office, these folks are for you! Without being put under, they prescribed a few pills an hour before for anxiety. And then I was very chill on the table.
Had a fantastic experience at Gentle Dental! The staff is kind, professional, and truly lives up to the name. They are gentle and caring every step of the way. The dentists took the time to explain procedures, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. The office is clean, modern, and well-equipped, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made my visits stress-free. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dental team that combines skill with a compassionate approach!
