i went in to my appointment today only to find out they canceled all my appointments until September now. this is like the 4th time they have done this to me and ive needed work done for over 3 yrs! last time they canceled they turned around and said that i missed my appointments that i had no idea about and then i wasnt allowed to be seen for over a year. im finding a new dentist office. this is not okay to keep doing to your patients!
I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Very rude team and just to let everyone know that they do talk crap about their patients when they get off the phone. I personally witnessed this this morning and also the manager Mary Jo assaulted my fiancé. Will never be going back. I do not recommend them and would advise anybody looking for a dentist to go somewhere else
