Finally found a wonderful dentist here and pleasantly accommodating staff! I work in the medical field and couldn’t be more content. I had a great cleaning by Veronica and love Julianna as my assistant. I had two crowns and two root canals. Great experience they have the Gad that helped me with my anxiety. I highly recommend this dental group.
Had a good experience here. They didn’t try to rob or scam me. They offered various services but were happy to explain everything so that I understood. I got a good cleaning and I believe it was a successful visit. I have a friend that works here and suggested they have a good reputation. I will likely come back. All the hygienists and workers were very kind and accommodating and Dr. Ortiz was a great help.
The staff at Gentle Dental are fantastic. Robert and Haley in the front are very easy to talk to, accommodating, and make the scheduling process stress free. Varonica, the dental hygienist performed my first scaling and laser treatment. It was painless and quick. She talked to me throughout the entire procedure, made sure I was comfortable and explained the purpose of every step performed. My teeth feel and look amazing. I highly recommend this dental office.
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care provided by this dental practice. From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth and accommodation, making me feel instantly at ease. Their friendliness and genuine care for their patients truly set them apart. Veronica was awesome. Needles are not a favorite of mine but I have to say I didn’t feel any of the injections!! Not sure if there is a technique for giving shots but she has a great one. She is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable before, during and after the cleaning. The entire staff is great. They all are very friendly and you can tell they care about you not only as a patient but as a person.
