Everything really, getting appointment that was convenient for my schedule. The office looking, feeling clean and before I left someone was walking around cleaning. The front desk took their time with me before and after my procedure to help me understand my insurance Options. Which were extremely helpful to me in making sure I got the best coverage not just for today but for the rest of the year. They were looking out for me. The procedure went beautifully. I always have dreaded the dentist. Not at Gentle Dental. They have been excellent in the 4 years I have been visiting their office. Not pushy and have been transparent with billing and my dental plan.
All dental work and cleaning
My husband and I have been faithful clients with Gentle Dental for over five years now. I always enjoy walking in and immediately being greeted by the friendly staff. (We love Carolyn!) Dr. Anthony and his team are awesome! I have really bad anxiety when I need dental work done but Dr. Anthony assures me throughout the whole process that everything is going great. Thanks for taking care of us over the years!
Been going here for a few years. The staff is perfect, always helpful. Dr Anthony has a very welcoming attitude every visit. You feel like family when you step in the door.
I actually enjoyed going to the dentist for my exam and cleaning! I was called back within 5 minutes of arriving and it was easy, painless, and even, dare I say, pleasant?! :) Highly recommend!! Dr. Lazari was awesome and the fact that they could see me on a Saturday was perfect!
