Had to re-order another pair of invisaliner retainers.I called to make an appointment .They took me in right away. They came in right away too. This new staff is very friendly, quite help as well. I use the local Gentle Dentle in Natick Ma. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The appointments run on time and I am handled with kid gloves !! The staff understands my fear of needles and they do everything to make me comfortable. I no longer go thru the door with a pit in my stomach!!
