Dr. T is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She makes sure that when I’m in that chair I’m comfortable and through out the procedure that I am fully numb and at ease. I had discussed braces periodically and she had the orthodontist come in and do a follow up with me in the middle of my appointment with her. 10/10 across the board.
I've been to this dental office twice now, and have several more pending. They are friendly, efficient and professional. It's been a very good experience. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.
As stated by others in recent reviews, communication with office staff was challenging. In the course of a treatment plan spanning three visits, across approximately six weeks, we had multiple incidents of unanswered phones and unreturned phone calls. Our original treatment plan included services at both the North Pointe and Mill Creek locations, with similar communication problems at both locations. It was a most postitive experience. I appreciated the doctor telling me before the service what the details were that she was going to perform. Very methodical, gentle, and professional.
The staff, doctors, and paramedics are incredibly supportive and highly professional. I highly recommend Gentle Dental NorthPointe for their exceptional care and service.
