Excellent friendly service from front desk to technicians to dentists/ specialty dentists. Every local I go to in the past 10 years have been top notch professionals. Some of higher level team members rotate to the regional offices so you may need to travel some but generally they are available for emergency type assistance (crown repair, extractions, etc)
I actually felt more than just a meal ticket. The staff was very friendly and was upfront with me about my care and what was needed. I actually feel comfortable going in for my procedures and know I will be taken care.
For some background, I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. The front desk staff and dental assistants seemed nice and professional, but the dentist that they assigned to me was very cold and dismissive, I was clearly extremely uncomfortable and in pain as he was poking around my gums, and NOT ONCE did he check in with me or even seem to notice that I was quite clearly in pain and basically having a panic attack in the chair, a complete disregard for patient comfort. I had a new patient exam and cleaning in June of 2023. I chose this location because it was close by but most importantly, in-network and the exam and cleaning would be fully covered. I gave my insurance information but in August 2023 I received a bill for my visit. I attempted to call the number listed for billing questions and got the voicemail system every time and never received a callback. Everyone was so nice and compassionate. This was my first visit and they let me squeeze in a cleaning! The doctor explained everything to me and kept checking in with me to make sure I wasn't painful during the cleaning. This appointment was one of the easiest dental appointments I have had.
