RecommendedAMAZING staff and Dr Minna Kachka is WONDERFUL. My 92 year old mom had some issues getting new dentures that the staff and Dentist Kachka worked with amazing patience and understanding. We are so very thankful to have found this place.

RecommendedThe most amazing service ever!!For almost 20 years I thought fillings just hurt, nope turns out I needed more Novocain and the amazing staff figured that out on my first visit. They have made going to the dentist not only not painful but enjoyable (for the most part) I would recommend anyone to go there :)

I’ve gone to the gentle dental in Norwood for a couple of years now, and as of recently they have changed staff/management. Ever since then, the front desk has been completely disorganized and incompetent. I try to make an appointment with them and in between then and my appointment they’re always calling me asking me to reschedule because they always end up scheduling me on days that the dentists are not available, sometimes they’ll reschedule my appointment without even telling me so I end up showing up and wasting time th... read more

Awful, disorganized, and totally unprofessional!! Had to transfer to this one after moving further away from the S Boston location. Scheduled a cleaning and exam for my daughter, we get there and was told that one of the drs had an emergency and had to leave, so they could only do the exam. I understand things happen, but I have to take time off work to make these appts, so some sort of notice would have been nice so that I could just reschedule, since it was basically a waste of a visit.
