Dr Grant has patiently answered all of my questions, seems to to be highly skilled technically, and has shown compassion and concern through my bone grafts and implants. I would highly recommend Dr Grant to friends and family.

I have been to Dr. Grant for a couple different procedures over the years. Most recently she did an implant for me. She is very competent and explains everything she is doing. I highly recommend Dr. Grant.

I have use Dr. Grant for many years. She has always been very professional in every way. She has always taken care of my every need made sure I was comfortable feeling no pain during and after any work she was doing. Her explaining what she was doing and what I needed to do to save my teeth and stop my bone loss. Doing so in such away to show she care about me as a patent. The rest of the staff at Gentle Dental have also always been very helpful. I have been using their services since 1993

My experience with Dr. Grant was fine, once I got past all the scheduling snafus I had with their office (it took me three attempts to get to the right office on the same day that the doctor was there!). What wasn’t great about my experience with this Gentle Dental, ws that they do not except incremental payments for services, instead requiring that the patient either pay in full all at once or open a credit account with some medical credit card to complete payment. I was referred to Dr. Melissa Grant because Gentle Dental and Dr. Grant were contracted by my insurance so I got reasonable rates. What I didn't get was good service. I had to go to at least 9 appointments at three of their offices (they work at different locations depending on the day of the week) Dr. Grant and her co-workers mis-diagnosed my issue even after multiple visits, does not consult or even return your regular dentists calls and the front office workers are unprofessional.
