I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed and everyone was so nice!! I was terrified but everyone made me feel so comfortable and safe! One of the dental assistants held my hand and reassured me everything was going to be okay! It was one of the kindest gestures she could have done for me! Thank you to Dr. Yong and everyone who helped make this procedure go as smoothly as possible!
Wow what a horrible experience. 1st my partner goes to them after told "yes your insurance will cover everything, as we are in-network" then he has to pay after services are rendered. (VERY SNEAKY) Then I find out the reason he paid was because indeed gentle dental is Out of network. Okay fine we will eat it, because we should've called our insurance as providers don't care about doing their due diligence for patients. They just care about their payment of course. I love this dentist office. As someone with childhood/teenage trauma from the dentist, this office has worked with me for the past 12 year to help overcome this fear. They are understanding and caring. Even though there are changes in staff, it still remains an understanding and accepting place. Trying to explain my fears to others is hard, however, at this office they are always understanding. I do not know what I would do without this office! The definitely have a patient first approach.
My visit to the dentist was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive care provided by Alexis, the experience exceeded my expectations. Alexis's professionalism, gentle approach, and thorough examination left me feeling confident in my dental health. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking outstanding dental care.
I'm giving two stars only because the service and treatment of my teeth was fine. In several years I have never had a complaint until my last visit, and the complaint is due to their shoddy billing practices. The last time I visited I was given x-rays, which I thought seemed soon after my previous visit but I also trust the office to keep track. They did not tell me that it was in fact too soon for insurance to approve and I would be responsible for the entire cost of unneeded x-rays. When I called to ask they flat-out lied ... read more
