So done with this office. Dentist cleaning 3 months ago was the last one for me. Did not appreciate that the dentist just stood over my shoulder and looked inside my mouth from a distance. Did not appreciate that the polishing and flossing were done before the teeth were cleaned with the dental tools. Do not appreciate being over charged and having to be the one that has to wait several weeks for my credit card to get the credit. I officially have a new dentist as of today. 😊
My experience with staff at Gentle Dental is excellent. The orthodontist, assistants and front office staff are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have only one regret and that is how much I paid despite having insurance. I feel Gentle Dental corporation is price gouging. Do your research carefully when choosing an orthodontist and be wary of Invisalign treatment.
Everyone was very pleasant. The doctor was good and, never pressured me like so many dentists do. The only issue I had (and it was a big one), I was sent home with care instructions and told I can take other pain medication. Well, I need much more than OTC pain medication. I called and the first question I was asked was "did you pick up your prescriptions"? Of course, I said no.no one gave me scripts. This was 8am after being in severe pain all night with no relief. Everyone's experience at the dentist is different but mine was, by far one of the best interactions with a dentist and oral surgeon I've ever had. I recently had a tooth pulled by Dr. Young and his team. They walked me through the whole process, checked on me throughout to make sure I was okay and let me know what they were doing during the extraction. I had been going to the Tempe office where I have had extensive work done. Due to health issues I am unable to drive to the Tempe office so they were kind enough to give me the closest Gentle Dental office near me. I contacted Too Vista's office for an appt. Dr. Hawn saw me and move forward with treatments. Both the Dr. and staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. I will begin my treatments next week. I am extremely satisfied with the work done on my teeth and looking forward to my new beginning with Rio Vista.
