Over a barrel! Do not patronize this business unless you like getting ripped off. Have you ever broke down and had to go to a repair shot where once they had your car all taken apart they told you the price was going to be double? Then used a bunch of auto repair jargon to convince you that it all makes sense? I have nothing bad really to say about the dental staff but when it comes to the office consult...

check up Dr. Lee is amazing, really gets down on the child's level. My daughter does NOT like going to the dentist, but everything went smoothly and the staff was wonderful.
Kind, friendly efficient staff, clean office, highly competent dentist I recommend this office to all who read this review and wish I had located it sooner. I felt a sense of trust and comfort here that is unusual for me.
The staff I have always been afraid of the dentist because of the terrible condition my mouth has been in and because of previous experiences, but the staff at Gental Dental in Santa Rosa are a great bunch that seem to genuinely care about your needs and concerns. If I was not moving away I would continue to go here!
Wasted time Called to have a broken tooth pulled. Got an appt within 2 days but when I arrived had to go thru whole mouth xrays, listen to ALL that was wrong with my teeth and what needed to be done. When I said I just want my tooth pulled was told they they didn't have time so I would have to come back the following week. So, I'll go back so I can get the tooth out (and hope it doesn't break off anymore...
