I received about 8 text messages to confirm my apt within a 36hour window. I did not see the dentist I had an apt with. They also could not complete a basic cleaning “based on insurance guidelines” recommending I need additional services that are not covered. Poor pt care- as I received no service as opposed to requested service.
As a new patient, I expressed my need for a light touch for my cleaning due to sensitivity. I didn't flinch or wince in pain once. Very pleased with all staff and their thoroughness.
Excellent service. I was taken to the treatment room within 2 minutes from checking in & there was no waiting for treatment. Had my teeth cleaned, polished, fluoride treatment applied & an oral cancer screening done. Botta Bing, Botta Boom, done and on my way. Was quick, staff is really professional. Pretty efficient operation. They charge 25 and reschedule you now if you're 10 min late but will keep you waiting for 20 minutes. You see an actual dentist once a year unless you pay 30 extra for cancer screening. Pretty corporate care.
