They were very nice and accommodating. I had two teeth that were bothering me very badly. They were wisdom teeth molars and the original dental surgeon that does more difficult removals wasn't there. So another dr was very nice and removed the worst one while I was there, once he knew how bad the pain was. They scheduled me later to get the other two removed. It was a quick and easy process. I had appointment today 6/4/23 at their new Thomas Road office. Staff have always been very friendly, professional and quick to answer any questions. I had a lot of dental work done last summer, which was done well and without pain during, or after at home. I always read the "bad" reviews out of interest and glad to say I have never had anything remotely similar in my experience with this Gentle Dental location and will definitely continue with them as my dental provider.
Been going to gentle dental for about 7 years. Great hygienist Michele. Docs are good, clear, concise and answer questions… you don’t feel rushed. I’ve had crowns, root canals done as well as regular cleanings. As good as it gets.
My experience was amazing, I got my wisdom teeth pulled. The Assistant T was great and so respectful and kind. The Oral Surgeon was amazing she handled business and doesn't play any games. You'll enjoy coming here.
Very disappointed with this place! I got a coupon in the mail for $79 for a cleaning and X-rays. Everyone was nice , but they wanted to pull perfectly good teeth! They said my good teeth were interfering with the other teeth and I never went back! They seem to be about making money over patients well being! Be careful if you go here or I’d find another dentist all together!
