I highly recommend Gentle Dental! The office is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They never push unnecessary treatments but instead give you options and work with your budget. I also appreciate how flexible they are with scheduling, making it easy to get appointments that fit my busy life. A great place for quality, honest dental care!
Quick and painless. Techs were friendly and did great job. I wish I could remember the names, but the one lady who cleaned my teeth did an amazing job! No grimey particles left after the cleaning. Front office was not so friendly but that’s the norm in every dentist office I been too. In fact it seems like every time, I’ve come to this office. I have been going to Gentle Dental for many years. The new location on Thomas is beautiful. Michelle, my hygienist is so professional, competent, caring and punctual (as well as her assistant and the rest of the staff!). I highly recommend!
I honestly don’t ever write reviews but I definitely should’ve listened to the recent ones. My hygienist was very sweet, all the staff is friendly, very welcoming. No problems there. The problem is when it comes time for them to bill things to your insurance. I had her go through each thing on my treatment plan, found the corresponding code on my insurance plan that covers that EXACT thing, just for her to tell me a code they used that isn’t covered.
