My experience with Gentle Dental has been fantastic! I love Dr. Sahni and her team. She, as well as Erin (hygienist), and Megan and Kayla (assistants), are very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and gentle. The front desk staff is great too. Everyone there seems to work really well as a team. (:
Experiences I have had here are so hit and miss. When I started going here, the hygienists and dentists were consistent and my experiences were positive. Now, each time I visit, the every staff member is new. It’s frustrating to have to repeat the same info to a new crew. I want to know my dentist and get a gentle cleaning. My recent cleanings have left my mouth SO sore. They don’t seem to notice I’m grinning in discomfort and plow ahead. I’ll be looking to switch dentists
Gentle Dental is the best!☆ Super great staff , supportive to all your needs, kind, personable, & professional. I am highly lidocaine resistant & have a whole prior history of terrible experiences, giving me anxiety of even simple procedures.. Gentle Dental takes all the time needed making sure I am comfortable, pain-free, & allowed small breaks if needed during procedures. This dentist office is warm and welcoming! I am very afraid to walk into the office of any dentist but my youngest son has been seen at the Sehome Gentle Dental 2 times and he really liked the people at the front desk & the back office staff, too. I was able to be seen the next morning after I called as a new patient. My tooth was not able to be saved I was offered on the same day, in the afternoon, Ito come back to have it extracted. I am really not a Dental person but this place made me feel relaxed, and at ease. I am usually very uncomfortable at a Dental office and I still am but I have been put at some comfort knowing that what I am told is going to be done, is going to be done, what I am going to be charged is what I get charged. The manager is Awesome and takes care of her stuff. No nonsense is her attitude. I like that. I give this office a 4 out of 5 stars because they are Rockstar.
