I had a great experience with my dentist! The entire team was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. The office was spotless, and they clearly prioritize patient comfort and care. My procedure was quick, and explained thoroughly every step of the way. As someone who usually doesn’t care to go to the dentist I am very pleased with this location and team.
I needed a new dentist after recently moving to Bellingham. Gentle Dental is close to where I live, and accepts my insurance, so I went last week. They were able to schedule the initial visit within a week after I called. They were able to contact my old dentist in SoCal to have previous X-rays sent. Gentle Dental initially refused to send me records over to me or my new dentist before admitting, after multiple phone calls from myself and the office, that they had lost my records. Their schedule is usually open, but I would highly recommend going anywhere else. The exam and cleaning I received here were not thorough, and I was also told I need to seek several treatments immediately, which was not agreed upon by two other dental offices. Very polite, patient and courteous staff. Gives you options if one way doesn't go as planned, very nice. Me surgery went smoothly and without any complications or delays.
I have had the same dentist my whole life until the last couple years living in bellingham i switched to Gentle Dental. Every appointment I have had I am 20 minutes early to, I get called back 20 minutes late and sit in the chair for another before someone even comes to talk to me. Every visit I am in they say I have new cavities and I need to replace old fillings from 10 years ago with new ones.
