I’ve been doing business with Gentle Dental for many years and have always been treated very well! They are very nice and respectful! Explains what’s going on and discuss’s and plans out with you on what needs to be done!! Over all one of the best dentistry I’ve ever had!!!
The dental assistants and the receptionist are friendly, they’re always very welcoming , the dental assistant that did the cleaning on my daughter Sharla was very professional and informative. My hygienist lady (sorry I do not recall everybody’s names)was so good my teeth are still sparkling and very clean and smooth to the feel. She focused on the most dirtiest area in my mouth, I love her so much for what she did to my teeth, I felt very clean all over again. Thanks to the Gentle Dental Team at Sehome.
I’ve been a patient of Gentle Dental for almost 4 years. I find them professional, easy to work with, and a good value. Recently I had a crown installed, and Dr. Zhai did an outstanding job. He has excellent communication skills from the prepping, procedure, to the final installation. Needless to say the new crown fits perfectly as if it was my own. I’ve been here waaayyy more than I’ve wanted to in the past 6-months, but honestly, because of the amazing staff, every visit has been so easy and amazing!! Ive had a root canal and a filling done already and have my wisdom teeth removal scheduled, too. The staff have treated me with empathy and kindness and patience. I get very anxious about the needle numbing and every time they have held my hand through it. Literally healing my relationship with “the dentist” 😭🫶🏼✨
Went in last week for my second visit to Gentle Dentist in Sehome. I was seen right on time for my 9:30am appointment. My hygienist was very careful and gentle with her cleaning, explaining things as she went. Dr Z came in and checked out my x rays and teeth. He had suggestions for improving my brushing technique on my upper teeth. But no cavities! Looking forward to my next 6 month checkup.
