Worst Experience Before I chose Gentle Dental, I called and asked if there was any issues getting accurate quotes from my insurance. I was assured that because they were directly contracted with my insurance there would be no issues. I was told everything was going to be covered for my first appointment. When I went in for my second appointment a different person at the front desk told me they had made a mistake and none of it was going to be covered.
