What a fantastic dental experience! The GD Shea location has a fantastic staff! Dr. Susman is a kind and truly gentle dentist. She is so knowledgeable! The office staff of Lee and Alexa are wonderful at billing assessments and are precise. Gentle Dental, Shea location , truly cares about their patients.
Because of childhood trauma suffered at the hands of a criminal dentist, I have immense, irrational fear regarding dental work, so my teeth are a mess matched only by my mental state when I have a toothache. The staff at Gentle Dental was incredibly kind. The receptionist at the desk was pleasant, patient and caring. Shawna was so incredibly reassuring as she did my X-rays, she actually hugged and held me as I cried, assuring me that I’d be okay. Gentle Dental Shea in Scottsdale was my first experience in the Scottsdale area and it was great! Super accommodating, kind thoughtful assistants and dentists. I have to return for my cleaning as one must meet with the dentist prior to having a cleaning appointment scheduled. It’s been years since I switched dental facilities so that was a surprise, but it just provides me with an opportunity to see them again sooner than I would have expected!! A 5 star experience! Gentle Dental is amazing. Dr. Susman is excellent and honest. Rosemary and Patty are skilled and kind hygienists. The front office staff are great too. Their office on Bell and Tatum is fantastic and now they have opened on Scottsdale and Shea with the same high quality standards!
Had a crown break and Dr. Sussaman got me in the next day even though she is leaving on vacation the next day and a busy schedule. Thankful!! The contact between the new crown was it perfect so she sent it back and now it is perfect. Love the attention to detail.
