We enjoy going to this dental office. From Lee the receptionist, Dr. Susman, to Patty the hygienist, the whole team is friendly and professional. They made the extra effort to accommodate our family schedule and explained dental procedure and tools to the kids. We are very happy with their service!
Had my teeth cleaned by Patti and afterwards I felt as though I had the best cleaning in 20 years! She was terrific! Thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Plus friendly and patient, to boot! I'm a baby when it comes to those Xrays, and she was SO nice! Thanks!

We have had a hard time finding a good dentist since we moved to AZ in 2007. Our overall experience with Gentle Dental has been a great, at both offices—Shea rd and 45th street! Highly recommend this dentist.
What a fantastic dental experience! The GD Shea location has a fantastic staff! Dr. Susman is a kind and truly gentle dentist. She is so knowledgeable! The office staff of Lee and Alexa are wonderful at billing assessments and are precise. Gentle Dental, Shea location , truly cares about their patients.
