I hate coming to the dentist most of the time because of poor customer service and the wait times take for ever, but not this time. This time I was greeted immediately. As soon as I walked in the room, AB (front desk employee) and Jessica (manager) where very polite and professional. They answered all my questions and explained the process of my treatment. My first experience with gentle dental was great, the process for the work I needed done was very smooth. The Dr explained what he was doing before he did it. Everyone was very nice and professional with great customer service. I already set my appointment for my next procedure. Thank you gentle dental for helping me improve my smile and health :)

As a new patient needing extensive work from laser cleaning to root canals to implants, I was very grateful for the level of professionalism and caring not just from the doctor but the entire staff. I was even given an electric toothbrush to better care for my dental health, what an awesome present! Since I will be coming back often for more work, I feel that the doctors and staff at Gentle Dental in Sorrento Valley are the best choice I've made to take care of my smile and overall health.

Business operations a mess 2nd time here 4 people sat in lobby for 20 min. Manager in office taking and sitting in adjacent office did not come out we all talked where are they? If I was a dentist I would be concerned. Rosarita , the dental hygienist was excellent, friendly and calming. The new Dentist was very good too and Abby at the desk was so nice at checkout. Dr Needle and his assistant who pulled my Mom's tooth were reassuring and competent, no complications and seems to be recovering well. Not the most luxurious building which was convenient but I did not notice anything dirty or unsanitary or we would have left. The wait was over an hour and generally the office staff was disorganized with multiple phone calls from different people just one and two days before procedure. Dr. Young is an excellent dentist who really takes time both in consulting and explaining options, and in the work he does, to make sure it's right the first time. Rosalie is just amazing and I always look forward to her cleanings. Everyone I've worked with here, whether it's front office or in the chair, has been awesome and welcoming. I don't hate going to the dentist anymore.

Dr. Young is experienced and the only dentist I trust. He really does listen to you while you are speaking and he always fixes me up the best. He really went out of his way to provide the best possible treatment and to save my teeth. Thank You Dr. Young and everybody at Gentle Dental. I have been a patient for over 3 years and don't go anywhere else.
