These guys lie. They talked me into buying a warranty for 250 dallors and said if your kid loses it or it breaks he can come back and get it fix at no cost. 8 months later we came in to get it replaced and now they advised that was just the first 30 days. And if we want it replaced its another 250. Crooks. Going to find a new dentist because these gental dental has gone down hill since they moved.
Personable, caring, helpful, competent. I am so glad that I found them. (At my previous dentist there were many issues. I had gotten to the point that I was having panic attacks and crying). I couldn't believe how I felt so calm and cared for. Now, my partner is going to change to Gentle Dental on Maryland because of my experience.
They gave me incorrect information when I scheduled my appointment on the length of time it would take to get a partial… told me 2-3 days and ends up being 2-3 weeks. Who wants to have no tooth for 2-3 weeks??? The appointment was a waste of my time. Called another provider got in 2 hours later and walked out with a temporary partial the same day..
When for cleaning and an exam by Dr Sherman, he spotted a small cavity and was able to fill the cavity as soon as Sergio finished my cleaning. Every body was polite and professional in giving me good service
Dr. Sherman is really nice, professional easy on the hands, caring, funny and has good personality that makes you feel comfortable! I’m glad I transferred to his office!
