Had a really great experience here. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The place was clean and had a calm vibe, which helped with the usual dentist nerves. Got the X-rays done. The hygienist was gentle and explained everything as they went. The X-rays were quick and easy, and the dentist took time to walk me through them, which I really appreciated. My wife and I came here for dental check up since we moved back into town. Had a great exam with Dr Sherman. Came back for a cleaning with the dental hygienist & that experience was also great. I’m in the middle of recovery from 2 wisdom teeth extractions done. Dr Lane & team did a great job during the surgery experience. Affordable care for all the services provided- couldn’t be happier!
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with the office manager, Janese, at Gentle Dental Maryland. The day before my daughter's scheduled wisdom teeth surgery, Janese called and informed me that my daughter only had two anesthesia options: local and laughing gas. Naturally, I asked why general anesthesia--our preference for such a major procedure--was not an option. Very very happy with my whole experience. I get really bad anxiety going to the dentist especially if it’s my first time with a new DR. But everyone was very accommodating and super sweet, I am very pleased and will be continuing my care here
