This was the absolute worst dentist appointment that I've experienced. This was my first visit to this brand and location. I wasn't acknowledged when I entered the building and had to wait to check-in. Check-in was quick, once I was acknowledged. The x-ray tech was nice, but seemed like she was new. It took a while for her to complete all of the x-rays. After x-rays, I waited so long on the dentist, that the x-ray tech offered me water and a blanket. I went to this gentle dental location, and when I went I was greeted by friendly staff members who helped set me up with my appointment. Everyone I met there was so kind and attentive and made me feel comfortable. I would like to give a special thanks to Raven for being so sweet and being so attentive to my needs. I love the Location it’s so close to my neighborhood. I’ve been coming and getting my dental work and cleanings for a number of years. I just adore Sergio and also Raven.
I went to this office for an emergency repair to fix a broken temporary crown. I was immediately greeted by intake staff and made to feel very comfortable. The technician who was given my chart was very polite and patient with me. She listened to my concerns about the tooth and calmly explained how she was going to repair my tooth. Been at the old location for a couple of years. Now it’s moved the people have changed. Didn’t read the reviews until just now all correct. I Cancelled both appointments and will advise my family to do the same. On a brighter note called Spanish trails Gental Dental Courtney more than polite and accommodating recommend moving to this location.Update- Spanish trails location fitted both us in within 15mins two X-rays treatment plans and checkups done within an hour recommended fully. Absolute different vibe and experience.
