I had a great experience today at Gentle Dental: Raven and Jenny were very. professional. The doctor immediately checked my broken upper denture. Sergio suggested I get gum trays made for me to prevent further receeding of gums due to bacterial infection.
When for cleaning and an exam by Dr Sherman, he spotted a small cavity and was able to fill the cavity as soon as Sergio finished my cleaning. Every body was polite and professional in giving me good service
Joan was at the office for the first appointment and everyone it was so nice and helpful to her. She loves Dr. Mike and Debbie. Thanks for making her smile brighter.
Very clean office, nice staff that went above and beyond to answer any questions i had. I am nervous and anxiety due to getting taken advantage of and i had a very good experience. I am 64 yrs old and need dentures. I am on medicare they treated me right, it may take a little bit of time to get fitted and i am fine with this cause i would like it to be done right not fast. I recommend.
Gentle Dental was very good for me when it was on warm Springs. I had 10 good years of service with that location . Unfortunately My experience has been terrible now that it’s on Maryland Parkway. I even tried the one on flamingo and it’s just as bad.. Over the past 12 months it’s progressively gotten worse, and I have finally decided to pursue a different dentist. they send me text messages all the time to remind me of appointments that I haven’t even made.
