I had to pick up my son‘s retainers, but they took them to the wrong location. Had to drive for 40 minutes while I have another location eight minutes from my house. I called the Maryland location to see if they would help me send the retainers to the flamingo location and they were not willing to help. They left me waiting on the phone for 20 minutes and when I asked for the manager, he never responded. Very disappointed when I called back they never picked up.
