RecommendedThey do good work, but it was so cold in there that I’m probably never taking my kiddo back there. I felt sorry for my kid that she had to be in such a cold place to get her teeth done and they wouldn’t even let me go sit in my car and warm up. The thermostat was set to 66!!! So ridiculous!

This was my second visit to Smile Keepers in Springfield and I am very happy with my cleaning and office visit. The office staff was very friendly and helpful and my appointment was right on time. I especially want to thank my hygienist for her outgoing and happy demeanor! She was very professional and delightful during my whole visit, thank you Smile Keepers, see you again in 6 months!
RecommendedI get so anxious going to a dentist. Always afraid of the shots. Had to get a filling and I actually didn't feel the shot. They give a lot of information. And take the time to talk to you about care.
RecommendedI was dealing with pain, fever, and infection; but due to the holidays and dentists being out for vacation when I called around Thanksgiving they didn't have openings until March. I took the opening, but also asked for a call if any cancellations happened sooner. They got me in at 8am, Jan 18th which sure beats March! After so many dentist office experiences (good & bad) in my 43 years, this office has been a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Smile keepers in Springfield, OR.!
