This was my first visit with Gentle Dental, and every aspect of my visit went really well. From easily finding a parking spot, to the wait time, and how well I was treated by the staff. Best dental experience I have had in years!! I saw a Dentil in Keizer earlier in the year, he was able to get me into cleaning appointment in West Salem. Both experiences were excellent. Both providers were very positive about my dental health. I highly recommend them! Jean was my hygienist & she was indeed gentle!
My visit was a good experience. All staff was friendly and very helpful in making me feel comfortable. Front desk personnel is friendly and she was very efficient in explaining how I could set up my follow up appointments. I like the Dentist. He has a great way of explaining what needs to be done and why a person might hold off on some things or move forward on other things. It was greatly appreciated. The Dental Hygentist was also very kind and professional.
Walked in for my appointment. Talked to the front desk lady and she was really rude to me right away. I don't know if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what. I set an appointment for an emergency to be seen they scheduled me out over a month out. Unfortunately that's how it is at all dental places these days. The front desk lady asked how I felt? As someone who worked with Dr James Means for ONE DAY, I was ready to be gone by 1030! Been in dental for 17 years and he is BY FAR the most inappropriate, negligent dentist I have ever sat chair side with. I was SHOCKED at what he was doing to the patient and the way he was speaking to staff. The patient told me, when he left the room, that she was almost about to say something to him but she was frightened of him.
