I've been going to the West Salem Gentle Dental for a couple of years now. They have always been very nice to work with and the staff is very friendly. Getting me in for an appointment when there's one available has been great. And if they have an earlier opening they always are quick to contact me. The dentist(s) have given me solid advice on what needs to be done to repair and maintain my teeth. Both they and the hygienist(s) have great chair side manor and a soft touch. I highly recommend them.
The dentist here was the best I've ever had. The name on the card is Dr. James Craig Means. His assistant was named Cristina (or maybe Christina; I didn't get the spelling), and she was also incredible. I had a filling done and two wisdom teeth extracted, and I was pretty nervous. I didn't even feel the first shot, and the extractions were fast and painless. They kept me distracted with amusing conversation throughout the hour-long procedure. Ive been going for a year now and they are amazing. The staff is nice and the doctor is see is great! I feel very taken care of here. I did have to wait up to almost a year for a cleaning but I’m glad I stayed with them for it, they did a good job 😊
My dentist was the best! He was So helpful and considerate of my needs. The staff was great! They were polite and friendly, and everyone got the job done for me. I have been to the Albany location and to the West Salem location and I would recommend either one to everyone 😁
All of the staff were very friendly and efficient today. I just had a knee replacement, and I really appreciated the care they took to make me feel comfortable during my very first appointment at this location. Dr. Alex was very honest with diagnosing me clearly knows what he is doing. I highly recommend this dental office. I'm taking my son here, too.
