The staff and Dentist made me feel so at ease. ( Not one that is looking forward to a dental appointment. ) The moment I entered the office, I felt welcome and calm. Beautiful setting. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Very thankful for the genuine concern for my care. Have already recommended this office in West Salem to more than 5 people. This is the BEST DENTAL OFFICE, EVER!!!☺️
Today myself and my consumer had one of the worst experiences at Gental Dental in West Salem. I provide in home care to my consumer who lives in Dallas and is disabled. I handed in his paper work two weeks ago, and at that time his appointment for this morning was scheduled. Great bedside manor. The dentist is so nice and makes me laugh the entire time I'm in the chair😂 All the receptionists are so kind and helpful. No one has ever been short with me and the dentist did a beautiful job with my fillings on my front teeth. I needed an urgent appointment for my tooth and after calling multiple Gentle Dental locations could finally get the appointment at Gentle Dental Salem. The Dentist and Dental Assistants here are very helpful and understanding. I could get the dental x-rays from my previous dentist sent and I could also get a same day dental cleaning appointment and the dental assistant did a very good job with ensuring that I experienced no discomfort during the process.They also referred me to another specialist for further tooth treatmen... read more
I made an appointment after clarifying that I have an OHP open card. At first told they couldn't accept an open card, however, after stating that I'm a tribal member a person named Claudia replied with..hold on a moment..I believe there was a person some time in the past with this situation and I think we were able to help them...she came back to me and I'm happy to say that I NOW have an appointment!... BTW I'll be getting dentures...OUCH!...but well worth it. Very professional in my opinion 🤩😀😁🤔
