This was by far the most negative experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I arrived for a scheduled dental exam & cleaning in June. After the exam, I was told that the hygienist would not be available for up to 45 minutes and that I’d have to wait. When I returned to the waiting room, one of the admin staff told me that they needed one more x-ray for a future procedure and that someone would come to get me shortly. Dr Blakely and team are awesome. Excellent dental care. Only issue is with text reminders for my daughters and me that keep going to my husband's phone instead of mine. I've tried to correct this several times without success...Thank you, Gentle Dental 🩵
Having been away from dentists for a while, I decided on Gentle Dental to handle my issues. I am very pleased that the staff was polite, knowledgeable, and calming. My deep clean was handled in a way that I was comfortable with and I’ll be back!
A great experience. My dental anxiety is real and the entire staff did a great job of making me feel at ease. We have a treatment plan all set and I feel a little bit better about the dentist now.
The dentist is good. However his assistant Kaden, made my temporary crown, he is not qualified to work there. The temporary fell off in a couple of days. I was able to reattach it. When I came back in he attached it again and it came off the next day and broke in two pieces while I was eating a poached egg and toast! It was the upper front right tooth. I had to go to another location for an emergency visit to get another temporary crown made and put on. He did not wear a mask! I asked him several questions about the work I w... read more
