Dr.Blakely and team was very caring and professional. Relates to what the customer needs and made me at ease. I'm quite nervous when seeing a dentist but Dr. Blakely listens to your concerns and makes you feel he's listening. The staff was great, the front desk told me what I was looking at price wise before having the procedures.
Incredible flexibility and response to my specific needs. Can say enough about how accommodating Gentle Dental was regarding my specific circumstances. And the care was excellent also, friendly staff top to bottom, cordial and compassionate. Thank you for your service and your kindness. Cheers
It's completely false advertisement on "ensures the highest quality of dental services". I went in for retainer check and told them it's crack again. I expressed this problem multiple times in the past and I did what they guided me on proper way putting them on and taking them out. I always demonstrated and have them confirmed it's correct way before I left my appointments. New patient visit went very smoothly. Person at reception was very understanding when I explained that I tried three times to send my medical history forms by electronic means. Would not work. Apparently had heard it before. I filled it out on paper while I was there. The office is clean and quiet and everybody is extremely friendly and professional.
