Thought it would be helpful to have some balance in these reviews as it seems that only the angry folks write a review. Our family has been using their dental services for about 10 years and we have not had any problems. The staff have been courteous and kind. My dental insurance covers cleanings and x rays and if there is an additional cost, outside of my plan, I am made aware before a procedure is performed. No complaints.
Dr. Blakely is kind, empathetic, personable, and experienced. Took my son in for a second opinion after a very negative experience at Bright Now and Dr. Blakely provided a reasonable option to fix his broken front tooth that didn’t bankrupt us or send him away with no help. He got him in for a follow up to do a crown the very next day and worked around his work schedule since time off is difficult. Such a kind man! My whole family is going here now.
This was by far the most negative experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I arrived for a scheduled dental exam & cleaning in June. After the exam, I was told that the hygienist would not be available for up to 45 minutes and that I’d have to wait. When I returned to the waiting room, one of the admin staff told me that they needed one more x-ray for a future procedure and that someone would come to get me shortly. Cleanings are quick and (relatively) pain-free. Staff are friendly. Front-office folks helped me work through tracking down my dental insurance coverage. I have visited them twice and been pleased with the quality of care.
Dr. Blakley manages to make needles and drills in my mouth into a pleasant experience. The care and attention to my comfort and needs is exceptional and has me feeling relaxed in the knowledge that I’m in good hands every time I go in there. Service is timely and always delivered with friendly and welcoming vibes. Also shoutout to Iris Yang who’s attention to detail in sculpting my bridge and caps was excellent.
