Besides the little scar I got in my mouth from the numbing injection on my upper gummy for my refill. But, she listens carefully to your needs and symptoms. She is always patient and very nice. She explains all the details of what is happening in my mouth and what is and why that is the best option as the treatment for the problem. Before, I didn't know, but because of her careful examination and patience, I was able to find the source of my pain I had in my mouth and treat all the broken fillings. I've been a patient Dr Gentry for the past 4 years, she does all of our my cleanings and is super gentle. She takes time and is very detail oriented. She educates on prevention of dental problems and healthy smiles. I highly recommend her, Not to mention the office staff are also very courteous and friendly
As usual my experience with dr. gentry was exceptional. I really like the staff also.
Dr. Gentry always provides the most professional and oustanding service with the latest produts and equipment. She makes patients feel at ease and explains the process which relieves a lot of the anxiety.
"I dont floss nearly enough", I say. Of course I dont but the capable and encouraging skill of Dr. Emily Gentry saying, "well, I'll have to remind you to do so", said with an encouraging and playful tone which seemed to melt away all the shame about my past oversite of the importance of this tooth cleaning detail which I didn't even realize was there until Dr. Gentry's encouragment came...then, in a whirlwind of ninja like skills, my teeth and gums were like new...I swear they sparkled like in cartoons!
Dr . Gentry is the best dentist I've ever seen. Everything she does is thorough and the shots are painless. I never had my filings replaced without some nerve pain until I saw Dr. Gentry. I would recommend her to anyone.
Everything was great. The doctor and the staff were nice and patiently went through almost everything I should know or be aware of. One thing to improve is to let the patient be aware of the full list of options available with varying range of costs instead of deciding on the most expensive one. I believe Dr. Gentry is the best dentist I've ever been too! She is through and very knowledgeable about your dental health. I had a great first visit!
I actually didn't see Emily during this cleaning because she was with another patient, so Shauna cleaned my teeth. She did a very thorough job and explained everything she was doing, and even stopped at one point to make sure I wasn't in any pain because she noticed I was gripping the chair. I was then much more at ease.
