Joey the plumber came out today and was fantastic! He was super honest and genuinely helpful with my problem—I really appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured or upsold in any way. He was prompt, communicative, and professional, and I think his pricing was one of the best compared to other quotes I’ve received in the area. Highly recommend!
Helped me determine what options I had to replace a custom sink. This sink was an unusual shape and they don’t make replacements for these. So we’re going to an above counter sink. Also replaced the water valves that were leaking.
Enrique is a phenomenal ambassador for George Plumbing. He obviously knew his job, well. He was timely and professional. He inspired confidence as he expertly completed the task at hand. He will be back for a secondary project, to complete the issues we are having. He presented a couple of options for resources required, with both of us agreeing on the best outcome. It was a pleasure meeting and speaking with Enrique.
My technician’s name was Kenny. I had a very important business meeting. He went in changed the toilet put in a new one in a quick efficient manner and never once did the people on zoom know that I had a plumber there. He did an amazing job cleaned up afterwards and left with a big smile. I signed the document quickly and it all went very smoothly when I was done with my Zoom call I was so impressed with my new toilet thank you Kenny.
