Ed Semple Something interesting occurred when I brought my 2018 Escape in for its periodic oil change. A customer rep came into the waiting room to let me know that my brake linings were nearly shot. Did I want to get this fixed? Yes. He had a sheet of paper showing the breakdown of this additional cost (a little over $400.) Did I want to hang on to it while the work was being done?
