Advanced Practice Nurse My sales rep was Joe Celli who I actually had also purchased a vehicle Mountaner years ago . I was skeptical at first that they find the SUV In white with tan interior but they did come through and I love the car !!!! And I’m comparing to a Lexus so the Nautilus in my book surpasses !!! Ed Semple Something interesting occurred when I brought my 2018 Escape in for its periodic oil change. A customer rep came into the waiting room to let me know that my brake linings were nearly shot. Did I want to get this fixed? Yes. He had a sheet of paper showing the breakdown of this additional cost (a little over $400.) Did I want to hang on to it while the work was being done? Wonderful Dealership Amazing service, attention to detail, friendly staff are things I look for when purchasing a vehicle. Another important detail, there was no pressure.
