Excellent Service Experience! Excellent! I brought my car in for a 14k service/oil change. Staff could not have been nicer! And the valet drove my car back to my house when they were finished! I have had a Lexus and Infiniti SUV prior to my explorer, and they have never even done this!

Justin is an AWESOME service advisor Justin is PHENOMENAL. Always courteous, helpful and efficient. Online scheduler needs to be fixed, as well as reception (something has definitely changed) but I love George Wall for service. No problems with car repairs or maintenance they have performed. Justin definitely makes a HUGH difference in my decision to use George Wall as it is 30 minutes from my home. I will continue to be a loyal customer and would recommend. Thank you.
