Inaccurate billing. Took my children for well check, I checked in online and they had me filled out forms asked about the child eating and behavior and they bill for those as screening for emotional and developmental screening on top of regular well check. Insurance doesn’t pay for those extra. There’s no where on the form or during checking in process that said if we answer those screening questions then we’ll be billed. What a fraud and ripped off
