Although Georgia tree was not able to help me, Don, who works there came out and gave me another recommendation. He was very polite and helpful. If I need a bigger job I will definitely call Georgia Tree.
Work was done to my satisfaction and completed on time. I would highly recommend.
I’ve never left a review for anything ever. I’m so annoyed with these guys I’m taking the time to tell my story. I missed multiple days of work due to a lack of communication from these guys. It really isn’t hard to send a text that you aren’t coming - 4 days later a crew showed up. If that wasn’t bad enough charged my insurance 16k for a single (albeit difficult to remove)tree. I know they get good reviews. My experience was not good.
This company has had repeated communication issues in coordinating their efforts in getting the correct jobs done, with the correct resources, at the correct time. Nothing better than being awoken to your doorbell going off after 7AM, with strangers on your front porch unannounced. I hope I never have the misfortune of having to conduct business with this company again.
