I received a vasectomy and endured severe complications. During the procedure itself the pain was excruciating, and the numbing did nothing. After the recurrent pain and infection I needed a epididymectomy. It has been over a year since the procedure and I still have intense pain. After the procedure I learned he uses the traditional procedure which uses a scalpel and needles. Awful. They promise same or next day appointments when calling their hotline. More like next week. Absolutely thumbs down for delivering on promises made to patients in ER and on their website.
I would not recommend this Doctor. He seemed too busy to answer my questions. He did not listen to my concerns, and was terrible when I tried to call for follow up questions and requests.
If you need a caring physician who will return your phone calls and treat the pain of a kidney stone do not go to Dr Sarkissian. I made a horrible mistake making an appointment with Dr Sarkissian at Georgia urology in Fayetteville. He would not return my phone calls during the time I was passing a 5mm kidney stone I had to suffer because he did not care about my pain. However he had no problem taking my copay and billing my insurance for an office visit. The worst possible example of a physician
Never received test results. never followed up with us regarding how patient was doing.
Dr. Nicholson used to be a trustworthy doctor. He has become less than trustworthy since he started getting well known. If the patient has little knowledge of medical procedures he would never notice that this doctor lies to the patient with a particular ease, no matter how negative the consequences of his lies could be. Dr. Nicholson endorses treatments of which either he has no knowledge or has an interest in endorsing.
