He was one of the most respectful caring doctors encountered. He takes his time with each patient and knows what he is doing. I am not the only family member to have been seen by him and there hasn't been any complaints from anyone and would only go back to him for such health issues in the future. The staff was nice as well.
Dr. is very good but the support staff is clueless. Schedule appointments without speaking to the patient. I already had an appointment scheduled. The office staff cost this practice a patient.
My provider Dr. S’ colleague suggested that Dr. S perform my kidney stone surgery. I had many complications. A simple course of antibiotics at the time of the procedure could’ve prevented infection. Dr. S lacks bedside manner and I felt completely uninformed of potential complications which I had many. I was admitted to a hospital 2 times after the procedure and visited the ER a third time (although I believe the 3rd time, I was on the road to recovery but my anxiety rushed me back to the ER at the slightest uptick in fever.... read more
Two cancellations in a short period and 2 long delays (out of 3 consultations. I was 10 min late for the last one). Maybe he is skilled. Maybe he is interested only in costly treatments. Maybe it was just a coincidence.
Went to Sherlag looking for a second opinion after experiencing serious, ongoing post-surgery complications from a prior procedure with another doctor. Proceeded to spend my appointment being loudly berated by Sherlag in a hostile tone after suggesting the previous urologist may have made a mistake in the surgery, and aggressively shamed for DARING to question whether the surgical report was accurate. Ignored the actual questions I came in to ask and repeatedly cut me off mid-sentence to ask whether I was calling this other ... read more
My only visit to Dr. Sherlag was very frustrating. He removed the catheter that had been put in by NE GA Med. Ctr. His only advice was that I should go home and start drinking 3 liters of water/day or I would be back in the hospital so I did what he said and ended up back in the ER that evening because my bladder wasn't working properly so I ended up with another catheter that I had to have another Urologist take out because I could never get his staff to answer my pleas to set an appt.
At my age, and with my issues, I've been to a lot of urologists. Some great, some ok, some not so great. Dr Anglade is ok. He's not the best, but he's not the worst. However, his office staff are not good at all. You'd think they were working for the government with the level of speed, care and attention to detail they display. 2 weeks to refill a prescription for urinary catheters? They never answer the phone, and sometimes it just rings and rings and never goes to message. Frustrating.
I cannot recommend this practice or Doctor to anyone and will not be going back to him. It is extremely difficult to make an appoint with Dr Anglade and, every time I had an appointment, I had to wait over an hour to finally see him. The office staff is unfriendly and doesn't seem to care. I've been in pain for 3 months after Dr Anglade performed my surgery. I was supposed to be back to normal within a week, but find it impossible to get a follow up with the Doctor.
My dad was diagnosed with cancer. The office staff is horrific!! To the point while the dr was out of the country on of the staff members laughed at mom. Having cancer is traumatic enough having deal with an unprofessional office staff makes it worse! I would not wish this on my worst enemy! I would have given this a 0 but it wouldn't let me post my comment if I didn't.
