"Good experience " I took my wife car in for oil change and inspection. Ended up with tire rotation while I was there. They noted things that needed our attention now and in near future. Overall I was pleased with the service

" Friendly staff" Staff was very friendly and listen to all issues that was going on with my vehicle. Only gave 4 stars because the service advisor I was told to speak to when I arrived didn’t have a clue that I was coming or that I had an appointment. He said ok let me go check the computer to verify my appointment, which by the way was never made from the previous morning at which I called an made the appointment. "Top notch sales experience" My experience throughout the research, sales, and finance experience at Gerry Wood Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, was exceptional and sets the bar for how dealerships should work with customers. Jimmy Yelland in the sales department was extremely experienced, helpful, and knowledgeable in helping me find and purchase exactly what I was looking for! "Great place to go for service." I brought my wrangler in for routine service on 4/8/19. The staff were professional and very helpful to answer any questions I had. They followed through as they said they would when my jeep was ready and gave me a call. The shuttle service was on time when he said he would be to pick me up he was there. I would recommend this service department to go to.

"Service Visit" Brought my Jeep in to the dealership with an issue. I did not have an appointment but Amanda worked me in. They checked my car out but could not recreate the issue that I was having. But she did send a note into Crysler to see if anyone else had the same problem. Even though my issue was not resolved I was very pleased with my visit today.

"I gotta have it" The sales staff were nothing but professional. I walked into the dealership about 4pm on a Saturday knowing what car I was interested in. They appraised my trade and got me financing before they closed at 6pm. They even stayed until 6:45 to do the paperwork so I could drive my new beauty home. I'd like to give a special shout out to Brandon who answered all my questions and was very professional. Thank you Gerry Wood auto group.
