"Excellent Professional Employee. Mr Yelland" Mr Yelland is a honest and professional person. I net Jimmy Yelland over 6 years ago. I met him when I bought my Dodge Nitro from this dealership. Frankly he is the only reason I purchased another car from this dealership. I have great confidence in Mr Yelland but not much in the Dealership. Jimmy can be trusted. "Stressless Leasing " Stopped into Gerry Wood-Jeep Dealership this morning and was greeted by Devon Chambers. Devon helped me look through several Jeep models and options, navigate payment structures, and went out of his way to help me return a rental car. The process was virtually stressless and Devon is a laidback and operates under a “no nonsense” policy. We was accommodating and non-pressuring. "New car purchase" So we went to Kia for service but decided to look at cars Reginald is a great sales person and when Kia did not want to make a deal Reggie went out of his way to find a car that fit what we wanted and worked very diligently to make the deal. All of the Chrysler people that we dealt with along with Reggie was great, can’t say the same for the Kia people.
"Francis" Francis has always been great. We have bought several cars from him and he always goes above and beyond. He is such a family friendly guy and would not ever go anywhere else to purchase a car!
"BEST PLACE EVER" From start to finish David Neal was superb. He answered all my questions and treated me like I was family. I never felt intimidated or like I was being taken advantage of. "Great service, people and shop personnel!" I took my Chrysler 300c in for a recall and an antifreeze leak. Recall called for a replacement part in alternator. They totally replaced my alternator with a new one! Great! They performed a pressure test on cooling system and found a leak at thermostat housing. Replaced thermostat and solved my leak.
