I had a very good experience with Jimmy Yelland. He was very helpful and patient while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. He pulled everything together and had the vehicle there within a few days. He treated me and my family with courtesy and respect. A very good experience!
I stopped into a few dealerships a couple months ago as I was getting some knowledge on full size trucks and we spoke with Jimmy at Gerry Wood who made a good impression. We went back to the dealership and even though Jimmy was not available we had a good experience with Mike Mokoff and purchased a truck. Mike did a nice job explaining the details of the truck and made the process quick and simple.
I found this dealership online when I was looking for another vehicle, so I sent them a message online with questions that I had, since I was inexperienced. The kind lady, Samantha, suggested that I come in and ask all the questions I had, and look at their inventory in person. A few days later I met with Alan, the sales rep, and we test drove three vehicles. Alan, Josh, and Ralph helped me out with all my questions and concerns, and helped me get a vehicle that I needed.

Had a blast! They were all funny and easy to talk to and even thought my credit was less than perfect they didn't make me feel out of place.
I went to Gerry Wood Auto Group to attempt to purchase an advertised used 2007 low mileage (40,000 miles) Ford Taurus that had been traded in. I test drove the car and started the purchase process. Purchased be vehicle August 29th . I did not go looking to purchase a vehicle , yet came away with a Jeep, sales associate very knowledgeable and informed. Both sales and finance associate are asset to this business.
David Neal is a salesperson but to us he is a friend. I know now a friend sales a 2015 Dodge Ram 3500 not a title (salesperson)! The whole deal and staff was awesome. Gerry and Brad are very lucky and blessed to have a crew like this. Thanks again David Neal!
Me and fiancé and her brother all have bought Jeeps here. And her brother's fiancé bought a Honda here. We all thought it was good service I won't go to another dealership again. The whole experience is low pressure from the salesmen to the finance manger. I will be back here and I do recommend this place for anyone they value heir customers and care for them.
