The service writer was very pleasant and meet me right away and was very informative. I was very pleased with my service.
I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and the routine check for other issues. The young man who checked my car in was friendly and professional. As always in the past, I was pleased with the excellent service. I drive from Charlotte for routine maintenance because of the service and friendly employees.
My experience with the entire staff from manager, sales person, finance person, and service persons were top notch and made me feel valued and appreciated.
I had a wonderful experience at Randy Marion Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Salisbury. They did not have model Jeep on-hand that I was looking for but they did the legwork and found exactly what I was looking for within a day or two. Stephen DiBacco is incredible and his team was equally as great. Justin Abbott and Dillon Brewer were really nice sales guys that didn't try to "push" a bunch of add-ons or upgrades on you. We were not expecting to buy a vehicle but ended up purchasing a wonderful used car. The person assisting us, Alex Gilland, was actually the internet sales manager. We had a great experience working with him as well as Dwayne the general sales manager and Nate, the assistance desk manager. Jesus in finance got us taken care of and out the door we went with a car we had not even thought to buy.
Friendly, listened, job done correctly and on time. Car was clean when I picked it up. Payment was fast.
