When we worked with Northwest Title....documents were needed right away to keep the refinance process going and not slow down. I felt Gerry did some nice work in dealing with the Title company and their lack of communication with me via phone. Northwest Title was on their own time/calendar and Northwest Title did not call me directly to tell me the refinance check had been issued on the same day of the close. How did Gerry do it? I was glad he was in my corner.
