Pete was easily accessible and responded to phone calls, emails and messages in a timely manner. He answered all questions with patience and showed tremendous grace when we would ask multiple questions or asked him to explain things to us again. Pete offered exceptional support throughout our process and guided us through every step with thorough communication and instruction. Craig does a great job with communication. He ensures that all procedures and processes throughout the refinance is explained and understood. This is the second time I have used Craig and Gershman. In the time between my purchase of my home and refinance Craig reached out to me on a couple different occasions to ensure I was aware of current rates when he saw an opportunity for myself to save money. Craig was never pushy but was more of an advocate for myself. Thanks again Craig!

The responsiveness was superior and the information regarding the process was extremely helpful. The support staff who worked with Chris added value to the whole experience. One thing I benefited from he most was the clarity provided as we went through each step of the process. Because this was my first time financing a house, I really appreciated the patients everyone had with me. in the event, I made a future purchase or refinance, I wish I could use Chris and his team in the future

Dave made things work when another broker could not. Same situation for a second round of financing (refinancing) when comparing others to what he could do so now I've done 4 loans. I used to be a mortgage broker a long time ago, so I understand how it works. He and his team are goodat communicating what they need and I don't hesitate to recommend him to friends.
