Alberto was always on top of things when it came to requesting documentation and providing insights based on my offers to the homes I requested. He was attentive, friendly, and was able to get back to me almost immediately with any questions I had. Working with Nick was wonderful. He was professional at all times. He was prompt in getting back to us regarding questions we had and he answered our questions throughly and in a way we could understand. He was always upbeat and gave us feedback about the process. It was nice to use the app available through Gershman because it gave us the ability to connect with him via phone or email and have access to all the documents we had signed and sent to the lender during our process.

Jill is such a great communicator! She is always available for questions and makes the entire process easy to understand for anyone. I recommend her to everyone looking to buy. I get weekly updates explaining exactly which stage the loan is in and she addresses any concerns immediately.
