Home availability in this area is limited . Most homes in moderate price range are fixer uppers,which can be pricy. To buy a house frequently means making a very quick decision within 24 hrs. That is very hard on home buyer,as we realize afterwards there are many things about neughborhood,traffic,and repairs we did not expect.
