Where do I start with how great Jon Sugden and Kelsie Ohlhausen have been during the sale of our home. They took pictures and listed our home as soon as we were ready and we received multiple offers right away. When that buyer fell out due to Covid, they were back at it and we received more offers. When that buyer fell out for financial reasons, we had our third and final buyer. That buyer however had a terrible lender and the sales process seemed to never end. To be honest, we never heard from our realtor after there was an offer submitted to us and she never responded back to my last text to her which was real disappointing... we felt like we were kind of dropped. What made up for this was the service that Ali provided us! She was absolutely AMAZING, we can't express that enough!
