So grateful for Gina's help! We purchased and refinanced our home with Gina's help (and that of her team). Our refinance was due to a flood in our bathroom which really complicated the whole matter. She was creative and persistent and we are so very lucky we had her to turn to! She's exactly what we needed. Our higher closing costs were due to construction, not Gina. Goes the extra mile! We had the pleasure of working with Gina on the purchase of a new home. We were living in a state other than where we were purchasing, and as can be the case, there were some challenges in the process.
