RecommendedI chose yes, but no so sure. My sweet mom pays so much to live there and it has been great until she got moved to Assisted Living. Most of the staff are SOOO caring but many don't care, and/or are not held accountable. Today Given's called my sister advised my mom needs to go to the hospital. Working at Givens Estates is a complete nightmare. It is a horrible organization. John Cowan is a terrible leader for this organization. He puts the wrong people in leadership and they clearly don’t understand how to lead. The employees are even worse. They would watch pornography on company computers and management would not do a single thing about it.
