Senior vets are excellent as is the senior receptionist. Friendly and great care and expertise.
In house vets are so caring. Attention to detail and timelines in animals is paramount. Rosalie and Barry are my heroes. Other heroes are the front line staff. Theresa and Annabel are caring quick and know what to ask. Go above the line of duty. And they remember you AND your pets name. And we pet owners know what that means. Dr Mark Hocking has been incredible over the years with our bulldog. His expertise & genuine kindness towards animals is lovely to watch.
The staff were so helpful in so many ways. The reception staff were very helpful and couldn't be nicer. The veterinarian was professional and answered all my questions. As this was my first visit I was impressed by the staff and happy my cat got great care.
We call her Jazzy the Miracle Dog.. deaf, 2 times cancer in 12 months and she has bounced back like nothing has happened!! We have been coming to Gladesville Vets for over 12 years and the whole team is so professional and caring at the same time. A big Thank You to all the staff at Gladesville Vet you have been truely Amazing!! And special call out Dr Jimmy and Dr Mark & Amy and Emily the vet nurses who always looked after her!♥️
The vets are caring and informative. Professionals whilst still sensitive towards your situation. Our family cat was euthanised today and the vet handled it very well. Thank you so much for making the experience flawless.
We got our first dog, Tammy, in 1974. Since then Gladesville Vets has looked after, in good times and sad, Tammy, Panda, Pip, Rosie, Scoobie and now Smudge and Hank. Our furkids have ranged from little terriers to mastiff x and lab retriever. We highly recommend and thank all the team at Gladesville Vet's.
