RecommendedWe're just getting started with my daughter's orthodontic journey but, I am already impressed with Dr. Glass and his staff. My daughter has terrible anxiety and though she has been uptight both times we've been in, by the time we leave she is calm and grateful that Dr. Glass is going to "fix my jacked up teeth" as she says 😅. He has talked with her and made her realize he is there to help her! I can't thank him enough for talking to her like she's a human being and not babying her like some would do.
RecommendedI really can not praise Dr. Glass at Glass Orthodontics Chesapeake enough. From day one, durning the first of COVID, they have been amazing. Him and his staff are so sweet and caring. Never once have we felt pressured or rushed to put braces on Brie. Took is slow with a pallet expander and always flowing up. They even remembered Brie is severally allergic to dairy, and offer her popsicle as an alternative today. They talk with Brie each step of the way, even during just a routine follow up. RecommendedMy experience so far has been great! My son just had his braces and expander put on yesterday. Dr. Glass and staff are super friendly. They have made this process quick and easy for me and my son. I love the communication by text messaging. I felt good about his safety with all the precautions that were put in place.
