Glen was such a good and timely communicator during our refinance. He constantly kept us up to date about the next steps, any delays or changes to the process and just generally wanted to make sure we were staying stress free and had our concerns and questions answered. Glen and his team did a fantastic job. My son had recommended him and spoke of how easy it was. I have been in the mortgage industry and know what a pain it can all be. Glen was fantastic and helped make me feel comfortable and confident during a refinancing process that I had never gone through before.
