Verified Renter I like living here but things have changed drastically since Evan left. There are no more community events and no more newsletters. I miss the days we had bingo night and pool parties. Evan had even gotten guest appearances and face painting. We even had food trucks come park in the complex for us. We dont have community meetings anymore and its so dead over here now. The maintenance team is amazing and the woman at the front desk is very helpful but I seriously miss Evan. Verified Renter Every appliance in here is from 2002. So is all the plumbing hardware. Maintenance is responsive though. Some upgrades would be nice but they’ve only upgraded how much rent I pay

Best community in eastern Henrico! The property manager and team truly cares about the residents. Great customer service. Maintenance is top notch. Lots of improvements already since new management took over.

Verified Renter Ive been here about 6 years and have no real complaint/issues other than when I had to fight to get my heater fixed to stop it from making a loud noise. It was resolved. Other than that Its been pretty quiet & staff have always been courtesy & professional.
