Reception good breakfast good, clean, good location. Bed not comfortable but tolerable. Clean bathroom. A refresh would transform property. Outdoor sign not lighted. Overall - considering rate - good value.
Great location Rooms are a bit small but clean and comfortable. Great location. Very close to hot springs and river rafting. Breakfast was good. Ice machine available. Nice staff!
I loved that the property was central to all of the attractions. It was a good price and had a refrigerator too. Staff was very helpful!
Great place in a great part of the state
The Hotel was very convenient between the pool and the Caverns.
Definition of a cheap motel room The room was the very minimal required consisting of only 1 bedside table and the curtains could not block daylight in the morning. No reading lights and only 3 pillows. The person attending breakfast was very nice and accommodating and the coffee was ok, but I wouldn't call anything food, except for the bananas. We went to a restaurant for breakfast.
