Clean room....nice staff. Really good continental breakfast with great coffee, waffles and many other options. Perfect 1/4 walk to hot springs pool and downtown.

This place was nice and cozy. The room was kind of small, but clean and modern. The heat and TV worked fine. Lots of channels on the TV. Also had a fridge and a microwave. The breakfast was decent.
