Service wonderful and quality of business was great and friendly vibe. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The amount of questions I had was a lot and they were answered with a smile

Went in for Mother's Day special, had a great experience! All the employees were very kind and friendly I was nervous as it was my first time in and they were so welcoming! Was super clean watched them clean many times and the hydro massage was so nice and loved the smell that came out from that machine!

I LOVE GLO!! There are so many options. I never have to wait for a bed. From bronzing beds to spray tan, to red light therapy, massage beds and saunas. GLO has you covered. The girls are so friendly and accommodating. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. I highly recommend GLO TANNING above all other tanning locations.

Glo came highly recommended and it did not disappoint! the staff was knowledgable and friendly. I learned about all their new wellness pods and had a relaxing experience! I don't know what has happened to the standards at this location, but the new hires are a complete disappointment. The level of incompetence, lack of professionalism, and absence of basic customer service is unacceptable. Today was the final straw. After yet another negative interaction with an employee named Cheyenne, I asked if there was another Glō Tanning location she could recommend. Terrible!!! Normal hours..close at 9 PM. Today, July 3 they closed at 8 PM an hour earlier than normal.... I mean, who doesn't want a good tan before the 4th of July. Maybe you should have extended hours instead of shortening your hours the day before the holiday that everybody wants to be tan! There was no email sent out to members notifying them of the change of hours. Notice was a sign taped on the window!

A friend invited me to Glo today for a free service as advertised on the website. When I walked in to inquire I was advised that there was no free service. When my friend arrived we walked back in and showed the website with barcode. Then we kept getting pressured to sell our free service for an upgrade plus products.
