I'm visiting DFW from Dallas from Florida. Went in to Glo tan on 12/4 and 12/16 and tanned for $19.95 (plus tax) charged to my CC. Went in today and and the young lady could not find my information, so I provided it again on their iPad. She tried to sell me membership and I explained that I live in Florida and don't need a membership. She then proceeded to charge me $35.00 for a single tan, when I paid $19.95 before. What the heck happened over the last month? Broken equipment, staff couldn't check me in and had to "txt me" when they could. Poor new staff with lackluster training. Long time staff is no longer there. No towels in rooms and not as clean as before. Shortened time in sauna machines where you don't even sweat. Facial lady gone. This place used to be so great and I loved going. It's been turned into a low end salon defiantly not worth anywhere near $70. Peace out!

I enjoy coming to this location of any others but..the New manager isn't ideal nor professional.... The girls have always been so kind and helpful but I seem to not want to show up when the new manager is there. The last time I tanned I watched him clean a bed and there were still butt prints on it so I left. He is like a car sales man and won't leave you alone about buying products. Been going to the Bedford location forever and they're amazing, i came here and the girl said i don't think we can do this, i don't think we can do that.. i asked her to ask someone who knew and she said i don't know that we can no.. it was the most awkward conversation I've ever had. I wanted to buy a package, restart my membership or use a bed session from the package i already have instead of a spray. Wouldn't give me the Groupon either although I've not been a member in over a year. I'll never go back.

I tried the service from their ongoing promo.I felt a bit of discrimination maybe because I'm not white. I waited for too long. I was waiting for my turn when the staff came pass at me and let the other girl blond took her turn w/o even asking who came first. So I had to wait another 20 minutes for the 3rd time around because it was the 3rd time they told me to wait for 20 minutes already. I changed my mind on signing up that day. Been going there for about a year and a half, Renewed my month to month agreement in sept. I called beginning of Nov to freeze my membership, I was out of town taking care of a sick family member. The girl on phone said the manager would email me a form. Weeks go by no email, phone call nothing, but billed again. I called again, was told the same thing. Again no email or phone call back. In a world today where spa places are endless, you figure they would be more accommodating and appreciate the business they do get. I was not explained it is not just a 3 month commitment it is 4 months. The 1st month does not count, it was only $20 less because of a prorate. I hardly used this membership due to time and for the 4th month unexpected draft, I wanted my money reimbursed and they refused. It is too bad for me, the consumer. This place is so annoying! All these employees standing around and you have to sit and wait for assistance and then wait for tanning bed. Right hand doesn't seem to know what left had is doing. Find somewhere else to tan!!!

Be AWARE.. seems like a credit card scam. I have repeatedly cancelled my membership but they continue to charge my credit card for the monthly membership. My credit card company has been notified and disputed the charge for the past THREE MONTHS and they are handling it .. but the spa continues to charge me $82.95/month.
